Led end-to-end research and design 5+ key workflows in Prisma Cloud targeted at improving product intuitiveness and user satisfaction
Redesigned the homepage experience, optimizing information architecture, user workflows, and feature discoverability for three core personas—resulting in a 20% increase in user onboarding satisfaction.
