At Palo Alto Networks, I am working on several research, design, and strategy projects for Prisma Cloud, collaborating with the Director of UX, Product Managers, Designers and Engineers. My work spans crtical functionality such as AI-based remediation, compliance management, dashboards, and more.

Design

Led end-to-end research and design 5+ key workflows in Prisma Cloud targeted at improving product intuitiveness and user satisfaction

  • Redesigned the homepage experience, optimizing information architecture, user workflows, and feature discoverability for three core personas—resulting in a 20% increase in user onboarding satisfaction.

  • PLG efforts such as onboarding guides, informative empty states and in-product nudging experiences aimed at improving feature discoverability

  • Conducted 60+ user research sessions across six product modules, synthesizing findings into actionable UX research reports that directly informed product enhancements and strategic decisions

  • Design enablement through research playbook that enabled designers to conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies, reducing research cycles from 4 weeks to 2 weeks

  • Created a design panel of active cloud security professionals in partnership with field teams to streamline the research recruitment process

  • Set up a research repository leveraging available tools to enable secondary research practices

GTM & In-product comms

Initiatives to improve feature discovery and new feature adoption

  • Spearheaded marketing and user activation strategies for major feature releases 20+ feature releases, in-product trial subscription workflows and 1 major product upgrade leading to an 18% reduction in user time-to-value

  • Established and maintained a scalable design system and internal style guides for in-product communication strategy streamlining feature delivery experiences across different modules and teams

Product Analytics

  • Established data-driven design practices by implementing ETL pipelines with Data Science team to move user analytics from Pendo to BigQuery, enabling deeper user behavior analysis and automated reporting

  • Led UX metrics benchmarking initiatives, evaluating product performance and user satisfaction, and collaborated with PMs and engineers to incorporate 60% of user feedback into the product roadmap—driving measurable improvements in user experience

  • Partnered up with UX leads, designers and product managers to establish and measure product metrics (CSAT, NPS, Usage analytics) QoQ and YoY to inform data-driven product decisions
